Delete your account yourself

1. Sign in at muscletrain.app.
2. Open Cabinet → Delete Account.
3. Type your username to confirm and press Delete my account permanently.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile and login details
• Training programs, logged workouts and individual sets
• Exercise logs, body weight history and 1RM test results
• Goals, progression progress, equipment and training locations
• Your avatar image and your activity in the public feed

What we keep

Feedback and bug reports you sent us are kept so we can keep improving the app, but they are unlinked from your account and no longer identify you. Server logs may retain technical records (such as IP addresses) for a limited period for security and abuse prevention.

Export first

Deletion is permanent. If you want to keep your training history, export it as CSV from Cabinet → Progress before you delete your account.

Can't sign in?

If you no longer have access to your account, email [email protected] from the address linked to it and we will delete the account for you.
