Terms of Service

These terms apply to Muscle Train at muscletrain.app. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

The service

Muscle Train generates training programs and lets you track your workouts. The project is in active development: features may change, break or disappear. The service is provided free of charge, “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Health disclaimer — please read

Muscle Train is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Programs and exercise suggestions are produced automatically from the data you enter and from a general exercise database — they are not reviewed for you personally by a doctor or a certified trainer.

Consult a physician before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have any medical condition or injury, or are pregnant.
Learn correct technique and choose sensible loads. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.
You train at your own risk. We are not liable for injury, health damage or other harm resulting from use of the service.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Muscle Train. The service is not intended for children, and training weights are derived from adult strength standards.
Provide accurate information — program generation relies on it.
Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
One account per person; do not impersonate anyone.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Acceptable use

Do not:

attack, overload or disrupt the service;
attempt unauthorised access to other users’ data or to our systems;
bulk-scrape the exercise database;
send spam through the feedback form;
upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter — training data, feedback and screenshots. You give us permission to store and process it for the purpose of running the service. You confirm you have the right to upload anything you attach.

Availability and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost — please export anything important (CSV export on the Progress page). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for lost data arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may discontinue the service, or your access to it, if these terms are broken.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above will change accordingly. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.
