New goal: N workouts a week. The card counts this week's workouts by itself, and the Progress chart shows the goal as a dashed line.
Progress remembers the exercises you pick and shows them as small charts above More detail.
Exercise pages now have My history: a chart and your last workouts. Tap a row to open that day in the calendar.
New programs suggest less added weight on weighted pull-ups and dips, because the calculation now includes your body weight. Programs you already have stay as they are.

Pull-ups and dips with added weight, and assisted machines, now count your body weight. Their level will jump once, and less assistance now counts as a record.
One body weight everywhere: your latest weigh-in now goes into level, muscle fatigue and the 1RM test. A failed attempt no longer counts toward your level.
Progress details are shorter: charts first, your three latest records, and 1RM tests as a dashed line on the exercise chart.
Assisted machines: volume now counts body weight minus the setting, and a goal closes at the setting you aimed for or less.

On the phone, five tabs at the bottom replace the menu: Home, Programs, Progress, Exercises, Profile.
A workout done late no longer shows as missed, and the Today cell leads to the same workout as the Home card.
Your week streak is on Home now. One empty week in ten does not break it.
A week or more behind the plan? Continue from today with the rest moved forward, or skip what is behind.

Report and hide: tap ⋯ on someone else's feed post or program, or 🚩 on a map place someone added, to report it. You can also stop seeing a person in your feed and in user programs.
New targets for ladder levels: holds 20 s, the top level of each ladder 5 s or one rep, weighted levels 3 reps with 20% of your body weight.
The screen stays on while the workout clock runs; after 5 minutes without a tap it turns off as usual. The 🔆 button turns this off.
One-sided holds (side plank, one-arm hang, human flag) time both sides in one set, and Max time tells you when to stop.

A warm-up before the workout: a short block of moves without equipment on the program page and in a free workout. Skip it with one tap.

Share your program: others can look at it, start it as is or adjust it to their own level and equipment.
Edit the days of a generated program before you start it: sets, reps, weight, swapping and removing exercises. Weeks after the first are folded.

Workout screen: the clock starts with your first Done, the next exercise opens by itself, and after saving you get a summary with your records 🏆.
Max time for timed sets: the stopwatch counts up, and Stop writes your time into the set.

After the last set, rate the exercise Easy, Normal or Hard: the next suggestion for weight, reps or time follows your answer.

The + button in a workout suggests exercises for the day before you type, and search covers the whole library.

You stay signed in for a week after your last visit, not a week after signing in.
