How to perform

Stand facing a 6-12 inch platform. Place right foot on platform, heel planted. Step back with left foot, allowing for knee bend. Maintain upright torso and engaged core. Lower right knee until thigh is parallel to ground, ensuring it doesn't extend past toes. Push through right heel to return to start. Repeat desired reps, then switch legs.

Tips

Maintain upright posture. Lower slowly and with control. Keep core engaged for stability. Ensure front knee tracks over toes. Adjust platform height for comfort. Use a mirror to check form.
