Tips

Engage your core muscles throughout the entire exercise to stabilize your spine and prevent lower back strain, drawing your belly button towards your spine. Maintain a neutral spine in the plank position, avoiding sagging hips or an arched back, which can compromise form and increase injury risk. Absorb the impact of each jump by bending your knees and hips upon landing, minimizing stress on your joints and maintaining control. Focus on driving through your heels and squeezing your glutes as you stand to fully extend your hips and maximize the activation of your leg muscles.
