Muscles Worked

Glute MaxBiceps Femoris
Secondary: Gastrocnemius, Transverse Abdominis, External Obliques, Glute Medius, Adductor Magnus

Tips

When stepping onto the dome, focus on placing the foot directly in the center to maintain balance and engage your core effectively. Keep your knees slightly bent throughout the movement to absorb impact and protect your joints, preventing unnecessary stress on your ankles and knees. Maintain an upright posture with your chest lifted and shoulders back to engage your core and promote proper spinal alignment. Control your descent as you step down from the dome, softening your landing to minimize joint stress and maintain stability.
