Tips

To ensure proper form, focus on keeping your hips stacked and aligned throughout the entire exercise, preventing any unwanted forward or backward tilt. Keep your feet firmly together to maximize glute activation and minimize hip sway during the movement. At the peak of the lift, consciously squeeze your glutes to fully engage the target muscles and enhance the exercise's effectiveness. Avoid letting your hips roll outward during the rotation, as this shifts the focus away from your glutes and can strain your lower back; maintain a controlled, stable movement. Control the descent of your leg, resisting the cable's pull to build strength and improve muscle endurance.
