Tips

Press your lower back firmly into the floor before lifting to ensure a stable base and engage your deep core muscles. Actively squeeze your abdominal muscles throughout the exercise to protect your lower back and enhance core stability. Point your toes away from your body to help engage your hamstrings and maintain a straight leg position. Keep your chin neutral to avoid straining your neck and maintain proper spinal alignment. Focus on creating tension throughout your entire body, from your toes to your head, to maximize muscle engagement and stability.
