Swing the kettlebell in a circular motion around your body. Pass it smoothly to the opposite hand at the front, then around your side and back, keeping arms extended. Hand the kettlebell back to the starting hand behind you. Maintain torso stability and controlled speed. Alternate directions.
Brace your core firmly throughout the exercise to stabilize your torso and prevent unwanted rotation, which will help maintain control and protect your lower back. Keep your arms relatively straight, allowing your shoulders and back muscles to do the work, but avoid locking your elbows to prevent joint strain. Control the momentum of the kettlebell carefully, avoiding jerky movements and ensuring a fluid, circular path. Focus your eyes on a fixed point in front of you to help maintain balance and spatial awareness during the rotation. Practice smooth hand-offs, coordinating your movements to ensure a seamless transition of the kettlebell between hands without losing your balance or compromising form. Actively engage your stabilizer muscles to stay balanced throughout the exercise, making small adjustments as needed to prevent swaying or leaning.
