Tips

Ensure a strong grip by actively crushing the handles to prevent slippage and maintain control throughout the movement. Stand tall with a neutral spine, engaging your glutes and ensuring your weight is evenly distributed across your feet. Brace your core muscles as if preparing for a punch to stabilize your spine and prevent lower back arching. Keep your shoulders down and back to avoid shrugging and maintain proper upper body alignment, which will also help engage your lats. Breathe steadily throughout the exercise to maintain control and avoid unnecessary tension.
