Tips

To maintain balance and proper form, focus on keeping your torso upright and avoid excessive leaning. Actively use your hip muscles to initiate and control the leg swing, ensuring the movement comes from the hip joint, not just the leg. Visualize a pendulum and strive for a smooth, controlled swing, avoiding jerky or rushed movements that could compromise your form. Engage your core muscles throughout the exercise to provide stability and protect your lower back from strain. A slight bend in your standing knee will help absorb impact and maintain balance during the leg swing.
