Tips

Maintain consistent contact with the pad throughout the movement to ensure proper back support and stability. Focus on keeping your knees aligned over your toes during the descent to prevent knee strain and promote balanced muscle engagement. Actively drive through the mid-foot as you extend your legs to maximize power and engage the glutes effectively. Control the lowering phase by resisting the weight, engaging your hamstrings and glutes to prevent uncontrolled descent and reduce stress on your joints.
