Tips

To protect your shoulders, actively pack them down and back throughout the entire exercise, preventing rounding and promoting stability. Maintain a tight and engaged core throughout the movement to stabilize your spine and prevent excessive swaying or leaning. Take short, quick steps to minimize momentum and focus on controlled hip extension. Keep your eyes fixed on a point straight ahead to help maintain an upright posture and prevent neck strain. Grip the plates firmly as if you're trying to crush them, ensuring a secure hold and maximizing power transfer.
