Tips

To create space and stability, lengthen your spine upward towards the ceiling, promoting a neutral alignment. Consciously relax your shoulders away from your ears to prevent tension and improve upper back mobility. Maintain a stable base by keeping your hips grounded throughout the movement, preventing rocking or arching. Deep, controlled breathing helps manage exertion and enhances core engagement, so inhale as you lift and exhale as you lower. Lightly engage your glutes to stabilize your hips and prevent lower back strain, contributing to a more controlled and efficient movement.
