Tips

To maximize engagement and stability, focus on staying low in a controlled squat position throughout the entire lateral step, preventing your hips from rising. Actively push through your heels with each step to engage your glutes and hamstrings, ensuring a powerful and balanced movement. Continuously monitor your knee alignment, ensuring they track directly over your toes to prevent injury and optimize muscle activation. Consciously keep your hips level throughout the exercise, avoiding any tilting or rotation that could compromise your form and reduce effectiveness.
