Tips

Ensure your front knee stays aligned over your ankle to protect your joints and maintain balance during the stretch. Actively square your hips forward to prevent twisting and maximize the stretch in your hip flexor. Maintain a long, neutral spine by avoiding arching or rounding your back, which helps protect your lower back. Press your back heel firmly into the ground to deepen the stretch and stabilize your leg. Engage your core muscles by drawing your navel towards your spine to support your lower back and improve stability. Keep your gaze forward to help maintain a neutral spine and prevent neck strain.
