Grasp the rope and reach forward with one hand. Pull the rope towards your hip while reaching forward with the other. Continue the hand-over-hand motion, keeping your feet planted and core engaged until the sled stops.
To ensure a powerful and efficient pull, focus on reaching as far as possible with each hand, maximizing the distance you cover with each stroke. Maintain a stable base by firmly planting your feet and driving through your legs to avoid shifting or losing balance. Actively pull with your back muscles, drawing your elbows back towards your body to engage your lats and generate more force. Keep your core braced throughout the exercise to stabilize your torso and prevent lower back strain, which will improve power transfer. Coordinate your movements to create a rhythmic, hand-over-hand motion, ensuring each pull is deliberate and controlled.
