How to perform

Squat by bending knees and pushing hips back until thighs are parallel to the ground, swinging arms backward. Explode upward, extending hips, knees, and ankles while swinging arms forward. Tuck knees toward chest at the peak of the jump. Land softly on the balls of your feet, bending knees and hips into a quarter squat, then immediately rebound into the next squat.

Tips

To maximize power, drive through your heels as you explode upwards, engaging your glutes and hamstrings. Focus on tucking your knees high toward your chest during the jump to improve your explosiveness and control. Absorb the impact of the landing by bending your knees and hips, ensuring a soft and controlled descent. Maintain a tight core throughout the entire movement to stabilize your spine and improve power transfer. Use an explosive arm swing, driving them backward during the descent and forward during the jump to generate momentum.
