Muscles Worked

Glute MaxRectus Abdominis
Secondary: Biceps Femoris, Gastrocnemius, External Obliques, Erector Spinae

Tips

Keep your core engaged throughout the movement to stabilize your torso and protect your lower back. Step far enough forward to allow your front thigh to reach parallel with the floor, ensuring a full range of motion and targeting the correct muscles. Maintain a straight but unlocked arm position to effectively stretch your chest and avoid joint strain. Keep your chest lifted and shoulders pulled back to promote proper posture and engage your upper back muscles. Continuously maintain tension on the handles to ensure a consistent stretch and prevent the exercise from becoming too easy.
