Tips

Focus on drawing your shoulder down and back to prevent hunching and maximize neck mobility. Initiate the tilt with a gentle movement, avoiding any sudden jerks or forceful straining to protect the cervical spine. Maintain a forward gaze throughout the stretch to ensure proper neck alignment and prevent unnecessary twisting. Breathe steadily and deeply to promote relaxation and enhance the stretch's effectiveness. Consciously relax your jaw muscles, as tension there can often contribute to neck stiffness. Ensure both sides of the stretch feel even to avoid muscle imbalances and promote balanced neck flexibility.
