How to perform

Simultaneously drive one leg down and pull the opposite arm down. Allow the opposite leg and arm to rise naturally, maintaining a smooth, rhythmic cross-crawl motion. Keep your upper body stable and alternate limbs.

Tips

Engage your glutes and lats to powerfully drive the leg down, creating a reciprocal movement with the arm pull to maximize efficiency. Focus on establishing a consistent cross-crawl rhythm, ensuring each movement flows seamlessly into the next to avoid disrupting your balance. Actively brace your core throughout the exercise to stabilize your torso and prevent excessive rotation or swaying. Avoid bouncing or jerky movements, as this reduces the effectiveness of the exercise and increases the risk of injury. Maintain an upright posture throughout the exercise, preventing forward lean or excessive back arching to protect your spine.
