How to perform

Position your body in a one-arm push-up stance with one hand elevated on a platform and your legs kept close together. Lower your chest toward the platform using only the supporting arm while keeping your entire body rigid. Push forcefully through the elevated hand to return to the starting locked-out position. Repeat for the target number of repetitions before switching sides.

Tips

Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels throughout the entire motion. Avoid twisting or bending sidewards, keeping your shoulders and hips squared to the ground. Keep the working elbow tucked close to your torso rather than flaring outward. Train both arms equally to ensure balanced strength development.
