How to perform

Start with feet together, chest up, core engaged, arms relaxed. Step laterally, landing softly on the ball of your foot and rolling through the heel. Maintain a stable, planted opposite foot. Simultaneously sweep arms wide and clap powerfully in front of your chest, keeping arms straight. Return to starting position and repeat, alternating sides continuously. Maintain a light, fluid footwork.

Tips

Take confident, wide steps to engage hip abductors. Clap with full arm extension, visualizing a large, expansive movement. Keep arms straight throughout the clap to maximize shoulder engagement. Focus on rhythm and fluidity; avoid stiff or narrow steps.
