How to perform

Stand or sit tall, arms at shoulder level, fingers interlaced and clasped in front. Palms face inward, maintaining slight finger tension. Rotate palms outward to feel a wrist stretch. Gently press arms forward, imagining hands pulling apart. Hold for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply.
