How to perform

Set up a stable platform at knee height. Load a barbell across your upper back, gripping firmly. Stand facing the platform, feet shoulder-width apart. Step onto the platform with your right foot, driving through your heel. Bring your left foot up. Step down with your left foot, then your right, returning to the start. Alternate leading feet.

Tips
