How to perform

Start in a half-kneeling position (right knee down, left foot forward, 90-degree angle at both knees). Maintain an upright torso and engaged core. Reach back and grasp your right ankle/foot, pulling it towards your glutes to feel a stretch in your right thigh. Hold for 20-30 seconds, breathing steadily. Release and repeat on the left side.

Tips

Align front knee over ankle. Keep hips square. Use a strap if needed. Maintain a straight back.
