How to perform

Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width, kettlebell in one hand, arm straight overhead. Rotate feet 45 degrees away from the kettlebell. Shift weight to the opposite leg, extending the hip. Lower torso, sliding free hand down your leg until you feel a hamstring stretch. Pause, then engage your core and glutes to return to the starting position. Repeat on both sides.
