How to perform

Secure a barbell in a landmine or corner. Stand perpendicular, feet shoulder-width apart. Hips and knees slightly bent, back straight, chest up. Grip the barbell with one hand, palm facing inward. Brace core, pull towards hip, driving elbow back. Squeeze shoulder blade at the top. Slowly lower back to start. Alternate arms.

Tips

Maintain a straight back and avoid rounding shoulders. Pull with your elbow to engage back muscles. Keep a slight bend in your knees for balance. Control the weight throughout the movement. Engage your core. Start with a lighter weight to ensure proper form.
