How to perform

Start in a push-up position, hands shoulder-width apart, fingers pointing towards your feet. Maintain a straight line from head to heels, engaging your core. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the ground. Push through your palms to return to the starting position. Repeat.

Warm up wrists beforehand. Maintain a tight core. Reduce range of motion if wrist discomfort occurs. Focus on controlled movements. Perform on knees to decrease intensity if needed. Distribute weight evenly across both hands.
