How to perform

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. Raise right arm overhead, reaching up. Gently lean torso to the left, feeling a stretch on the right side. Hold for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply. Return to center and repeat on the opposite side.

Tips

Engage your core for balance. Avoid forward/backward lean; focus on a lateral stretch. Move slowly and with control. Stop if you feel sharp pain. Ideal for warm-ups or cool-downs.
