Tips

To maintain balance and stability, actively keep your hips level throughout the exercise, preventing any rocking or tilting. Focus your gaze slightly downward to help stabilize your neck and spine, avoiding any unnecessary head movement. Visualize a straight line from your fingertips to your heel to ensure proper alignment and engagement of your core and leg muscles. Engage your core muscles to prevent any sagging in your lower back and maintain a stable torso. Perform the movement slowly and with control, focusing on the muscle contractions rather than speed. Relax your shoulders, drawing them down and away from your ears to prevent tension and improve upper body stability.
