Tips

Engage your core muscles to prevent any twisting or rotation during the exercise, ensuring stability and focusing the work on your target muscles. Keep your elbow pointing backward throughout the movement, avoiding it from lifting upwards, which can shift the focus away from your back and shoulders. Squeeze your shoulder blade together at the top of the movement to maximize muscle activation and ensure proper form. Maintain level hips throughout the exercise to prevent imbalances and protect your lower back. Always prioritize a neutral spine, avoiding arching or rounding your back, to protect your spinal health and maintain proper posture.
