Tips

Engage your core and maintain a tall posture throughout the exercise to stabilize your spine and prevent lower back strain. Ensure your knees track directly over your toes to avoid unnecessary stress on your joints and promote efficient movement. Coordinate your arm movements by pumping them forward opposite to your leg motion, which helps drive the rhythm and momentum of the exercise. Focus on landing softly on the forefoot to absorb impact and protect your joints, imagining you're landing on a pillow. Keep your gaze fixed forward to maintain balance and prevent unnecessary twisting of your torso.
