Tips

Engage your core muscles throughout the entire exercise to stabilize your spine and improve power transfer. Ensure your knees track in line with your toes to prevent injury and maximize efficiency. Focus on landing softly by bending your knees and hips, absorbing the impact through your lower body. Actively drive through your heels upon landing to generate power for the rebound and next jump. Keep your eyes focused on a fixed point in front of you to maintain balance and proper posture.
