How to perform

Squat by pushing hips back and bending knees to lower thighs parallel to the floor. Jump upward, extending hips, knees, and ankles onto the balance trainer dome. Land softly on mid-foot, bending knees to absorb impact and stabilize. Squat on the dome, maintaining balance. Explosively jump back down to the floor in a sumo stance, landing softly with bent knees. Keep your core braced.

Tips

To help prevent knee strain, ensure your knees track over your toes throughout the entire movement, maintaining alignment. Focus on driving through your heels as you explode upwards to maximize power and stability during the jump. Actively engage your core muscles to stabilize your body and absorb impact effectively when landing on the dome. Use your arms to swing naturally for momentum, which can help propel you upward and maintain balance. Aim for a soft and controlled landing by bending your knees and absorbing the impact, minimizing stress on your joints. Keep your eyes focused on a fixed point in front of you to help maintain balance and spatial awareness while on the unstable dome.
