Tips

Brace your core muscles tightly to stabilize your torso and prevent lower back arching, creating a solid foundation for the exercise. Keep your hips square to the floor throughout the movement, avoiding any twisting or tilting that could compromise your form and reduce stability. Press firmly into your hands to ground yourself and engage your upper body muscles, promoting a more balanced and controlled movement. Maintain a neutral gaze forward to help stabilize your spine and prevent neck strain during the shoulder taps. Engage your glutes firmly to help stabilize your hips and prevent excessive rotation, contributing to a more powerful and controlled plank.
