Tips

To maximize glute activation, focus on driving through your heel as you extend your hips upward, ensuring you're engaging the correct muscles. Really squeeze your glutes at the peak of the movement to fully contract the muscle and feel the burn, which will help build strength and definition. Gently tuck your chin to prevent neck strain and maintain a stable head position throughout the exercise. Actively maintain a neutral spine by engaging your core and avoiding arching or rounding your back, which will protect your lower back. Ensure your knee tracks directly over your toes during the movement to promote proper alignment and prevent injury.
