Tips

Focus on driving through the balls of your feet to generate power for the jump and maintain balance. Use your arm swing to create momentum, pulling powerfully forward as you explode upwards. Aim to land quietly and with control on the box, absorbing the impact by bending your knees into a quarter squat position. Ensure your knees track directly over your toes throughout the movement to prevent injury and maximize efficiency. Fully extend your hips at the top of the box to engage your glutes and complete the movement. Keep your eyes focused forward to maintain balance and proper body alignment during the jump and landing.
