Triceps
Secondary: Anterior Delts, Flexors, Abs

Tips

Ensure your upper arms remain as close to perpendicular to the floor as possible to isolate the triceps muscle and prevent shoulder involvement; this will maximize the effectiveness of the exercise. Keep your elbows pointing towards the ceiling throughout the movement to maintain proper form and avoid wrist strain. Maintain a neutral wrist position by not bending or twisting your hands during the exercise, which will help prevent injury and ensure consistent muscle engagement. Brace your core throughout the exercise to stabilize your body and prevent lower back arching or swaying. Lower the dumbbells slowly and with control, resisting the weight's pull to build strength and improve muscle control.
