How to perform

Maintain upright posture and engage your core. Push pedals forward in a smooth elliptical motion, driving through your heels. Coordinate arm movement with the legs, pulling and pushing handles opposite the leg motion. Keep a slight bend in your knees and distribute weight evenly. Gradually increase speed or resistance for intensity. Avoid locking your knees and cool down by slowing the pace before stopping. Dismount carefully.

Tips

To maximize the effectiveness of the elliptical, stand tall with your shoulders relaxed and chest open, which will help engage your core and improve overall posture. Actively tighten your abdominal muscles throughout the exercise to stabilize your torso and prevent lower back strain, ensuring a more efficient workout. Focus on driving through your heels with each pedal stroke to fully engage your glutes and hamstrings, promoting a more powerful and balanced motion. Synchronize your arm movement with your leg motion, pulling the handles as your legs extend and pushing as they retract, creating a fluid and coordinated elliptical experience. Aim for a smooth, consistent rhythm throughout the workout, avoiding jerky movements that can disrupt your form and reduce efficiency. Avoid leaning forward or backward, keeping your body aligned and centered over the pedals to maintain balance and prevent unnecessary stress on your joints.
