Tips

To maintain balance and proper form, focus on keeping your torso upright throughout the entire movement, preventing excessive forward or backward lean. Ensure your hips remain square to the floor, avoiding rotation that can strain your lower back and compromise the exercise's effectiveness. Pay close attention to your knee alignment, ensuring it tracks directly over your toes to minimize stress on your joints and maximize muscle engagement. As you push back up, drive through your front heel to fully activate your glutes and hamstrings, ensuring a powerful and controlled return to the starting position. Finally, engage your core muscles by drawing your belly button towards your spine to stabilize your body and protect your lower back during the exercise.
