How to perform

Inhale, bend knees and hips, keeping your chest upright until thighs are parallel to the floor. Perform 1–3 small pulses at the bottom. Exhale, drive through your feet to return to the starting position.

Tips

Push powerfully through your feet to generate force and propel yourself back to the starting position.
