Tips

To maintain balance and prevent lower back strain, focus on keeping your torso upright throughout the entire movement, engaging your core to stabilize your body. As you step forward, ensure your front knee tracks directly over your toes, avoiding inward or outward movement to protect your knee joint. When pushing back to the starting position, powerfully drive through your front heel to maximize the leg muscle engagement and propel yourself forward. Actively brace your core muscles throughout the exercise to stabilize your spine and improve power transfer. Gently pull your shoulders back and down to promote good posture and prevent rounding of the upper back.
