How to perform

Step forward with the right leg, heel-to-toe. Lower both knees until the back knee hovers above the floor, keeping the front knee over the ankle and torso upright. Drive through the front heel to stand, bringing the back leg forward. Immediately step forward with the left leg into the next lunge, alternating legs continuously with control.

Tips

Engage your core muscles throughout the exercise to stabilize your torso and protect your lower back, preventing excessive arching or rounding. Ensure your front knee tracks directly over your ankle during the descent, avoiding inward or outward collapse to protect your knee joint. As you push back up, focus on driving through the heel of your front foot to maximize power and engage your glutes. Maintain an upright torso by actively squeezing your shoulder blades together and preventing your hips from shifting forward or backward. Control each step, avoiding rushing or bouncing, to maintain balance and ensure proper form throughout the entire sequence.
