Brace core and glutes, grip with toes. Press kettlebells overhead, extending elbows with a slight arc. Fully extend arms, stacking kettlebells over shoulders. Pause briefly at the top. Lower kettlebells to rack position, engaging lats. Repeat, maintaining full-body tension.
Pack your shoulders down and back throughout the movement to prevent shrugging and protect your shoulder joint. Drive through your heels to engage your legs and provide a stable base for the lift. Maintain a tight core throughout the exercise to stabilize your spine and transfer power efficiently. Keep your elbows forward to prevent them from flaring out and to promote a more efficient pressing motion. Preserve a neutral spine by resisting any excessive arching or rounding of your back, which will help protect your lower back. As you press the kettlebells overhead, focus on keeping your biceps close to your ears to ensure proper arm extension and avoid unnecessary strain.
