Tips

To maintain agility and minimize impact, focus on staying light on your feet, allowing for quick adjustments and responsiveness. Coordinate your arm movements by pumping them opposite your legs to generate momentum and improve balance throughout the exercise. Actively brace your core muscles throughout the entire movement to stabilize your torso and protect your lower back. Minimize ground contact time by focusing on explosive pushes and quick foot turnover, which will enhance the speed and efficiency of the exercise. Keep your eyes focused forward to maintain balance and proper body alignment. Aim for soft landings by bending your knees and absorbing the impact through your legs, protecting your joints and ensuring a controlled descent.
