Tips

To protect your shoulder joints, keep your elbows tucked close to your body throughout the movement, minimizing stress on the shoulder capsule. Actively engage your core muscles to stabilize your torso and prevent excessive arching or rounding of your back, which will improve power transfer and protect your spine. Focus your gaze on a fixed point in front of you to maintain a neutral spine and prevent neck strain during the exercise. Consciously draw your ribs down towards your hips to further stabilize your core and create a solid base for pushing, ensuring proper form and preventing lower back discomfort. Actively push through the entire palm of your hands to maximize muscle engagement and ensure a balanced effort throughout the exercise, avoiding reliance on just fingertips.
