How to perform

Set weight assistance. Grip handles firmly. Position knees on pads, body upright. Lower until upper arms are parallel to the floor. Press palms to extend arms and return. Repeat with control.

Tips

Maximize range of motion, lowering until upper arms are parallel. Engage your core for stability. Control the descent and ascent. Adjust assistance as strength increases. Avoid locking elbows.
