Tips

To maintain agility, stay light on your feet throughout the entire exercise, minimizing ground contact time. Engage your core muscles to stabilize your body and improve power transfer during the jumps and claps. Extend your arms out to shoulder height during the jump to maximize momentum and coordination. Focus on absorbing the impact by bending your knees and landing softly on the balls of your feet to protect your joints. Practice coordinating the foot jumps and hand claps to establish a smooth, rhythmic flow and enhance the overall effectiveness of the exercise.
