Tips

Maintain a tall posture and brace your core to stabilize your spine and power your jump. Focus on landing softly on the balls of your feet to minimize impact and protect your joints. Use your arms to generate momentum and drive the leg rotation during the switch. Ensure your knees track directly over your toes during the jump to prevent ankle strain and improve stability. Initiate the jump by powerfully extending your hips, which will propel you upward and forward.
